Memorable Moment: Perhaps the most satisfying victory in Dusty Rhodes' legendary career came during The Great American Bash tour in 1986. A 13 city NWA summer extravaganza, Rhodes had the opportunity of a lifetime when he faced NWA Champion Ric Flair, his archrival, inside a steel cage at the tour's second-to-last- event in Greensboro, NC. The bad blood between the two made the match a classic, and it was Rhodes who pinned Flair with a small package to win the NWA title for the third time.
